Terms of use
By using insculpt.ai, one of its invite-only products or AstroShruti, you agree to these terms. They are written plainly on purpose; where something matters, it is stated rather than buried.
What Insculpt AI is, and is not
“Insculpt AI,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the developer and operator of insculpt.ai and AstroShruti. Insculpt AI is currently operated by its founder and is intended to be incorporated in Canada.
Insculpt AI builds and publishes its own software: AstroShruti, a Vedic and KP astrology application, and a small number of invite-only products offered through insculpt.ai, such as a tool for drafting and publishing posts to your own social media accounts. We do not take client, consulting or contract work, and we do not act as an intermediary, agent or adviser for anyone.
Nothing in AstroShruti is professional advice. The application is provided for cultural, educational and personal-reflection purposes. It does not provide, and must not be relied upon as, financial, investment, banking, insurance, tax, accounting, legal, medical, psychological, employment or any other professional advice, and it makes no recommendation about any transaction, product or decision of that kind. Insculpt AI is not regulated as, and does not hold itself out to be, a provider of any such service. For decisions of consequence, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older to hold an AstroShruti account, and 18 or older to use an invite-only product, and in either case old enough under your local law to agree to these terms.
- Give accurate details, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us promptly if your account is used without your permission.
- One person per account. Do not share access or resell it.
- Access to invite-only products is by invitation. We may approve, pause or withdraw access to any of them at any time.
Plans and payment
A free plan gives access to AstroShruti's calculation engine: charts, dashas, transits and panchang. Paid Plus and Pro plans are planned but are not currently available for purchase. When they become available, they will add Agastya's questions and other features at the price and quota shown at the point of purchase; subscriptions will renew for the stated period unless cancelled before renewal, cancelling will stop future renewals and leave your access in place until the period ends, and where a statutory cooling-off or refund right applies, it will apply.
Invite-only products are free while they are invite-only. They include a monthly allowance of AI drafting and of publishing to X, both paid for by us; the product shows how much of each you have used. When an allowance runs out, that feature stops until the next month. You may add your own AI key instead: its use is billed to you by that provider under your own agreement with it, and we never switch between your key and ours without telling you.
Publishing to your social media accounts
These terms apply when you use our invite-only tool for publishing to X, LinkedIn or another platform we support.
- Only what you approve. By connecting an account, you authorise us to publish to it on your behalf, but only posts whose exact text you have approved, at the time you chose. We never publish anything else, and we never like, follow, reply, repost or send messages for you.
- Your accounts. Connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. You can disconnect an account at any time.
- Your responsibility. What you approve is published under your name, and you are responsible for it. You must follow the terms, rules and policies of each platform you publish to, as well as these terms.
- AI drafts are drafts. Text the AI writes can be inaccurate, out of date or unsuitable. Read it, edit it as you see fit, and approve it only when it says what you mean.
- Checks before publishing. We may refuse to submit, approve or publish a post that fails our checks: for harmful content, for a platform's content rules (on X, for example, mentioning people who are not already in the conversation, quoting posts, or using more than one cashtag), or for sending the same text to several accounts. On X we show the price of each post, because X charges us more for a post with a link.
- Platforms decide. A platform may reject, delay, limit or remove a post, suspend access for our app, or change its rules or prices. We cannot guarantee that a post will be published or stay published. If a publish is interrupted before we can confirm it, we mark it for you to check on the platform rather than risk posting it twice.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully, or to harass, defraud, defame, impersonate or endanger anyone.
- Do not use it for spam: posting the same or nearly the same content across several accounts, misleading or deceptive content, or anything designed to manipulate engagement.
- Do not present AstroShruti's output as professional advice, or as a prediction on which someone else should act.
- Do not enter another living person's birth details without a reasonable basis for doing so.
- Do not scrape, resell, or systematically extract the service's content or calculations; do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, or to get around its allowances, limits or checks.
- Do not use the service to train a competing model or product.
Your content, and ours
What you enter and create remains yours: birth details, labels and questions in AstroShruti, and the drafts and posts you write or approve in our invite-only products. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to store that content, compute from it, generate drafts and replies, and send the posts you approve to the platforms you chose. The software, its calculation engine, its interfaces, its text and its brand, including the names Insculpt AI, AstroShruti, Agastya and Bhrigushala, belong to Insculpt AI. Classical Jyotish itself belongs to no one; our implementation of it does.
Generated text
Agastya's replies are generated by a language model working from computed chart data. The computation is deterministic; the wording around it is not. Generated text can be incomplete or wrong, and it should be read as one interpretation, not as fact. Where a reply shows its calculation, the calculation is the authoritative part. The same caution applies to drafts written by the AI in our invite-only products.
Other services
Our products work with services we do not control, including X, LinkedIn, Google and AI providers. Your use of each is also governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for what those services do.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided as-is and as-available. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service; if we discontinue something you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Insculpt AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a decision taken in reliance on the service's output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or stop publishing from it, if it breaches these terms or puts the service, a platform we publish to, or another person at risk, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
Changes to these terms
We will update the date above when these terms change, and give notice in the product before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country of residence, the courts located in Ontario, Canada have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms.
